QUBE Development has officially launched SAWA Residences, a waterfront apartment building in Meydan Horizon, Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City). The project has 355 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, with one-bedroom apartments from AED 1.05 million on a 60/40 payment plan and handover planned for Q1 2030. QUBE announced the launch on 3 November 2026.
The selling point is the water. SAWA sits on one of the longest lagoon frontages in Meydan Horizon, with direct access to about 2 km of crystal lagoons and a 4 km landscaped promenade.

A Lower-Density Waterfront Address
QUBE has placed SAWA in a lower-density part of Meydan Horizon, so the building gets more daylight, open views and a direct link to the waterfront rather than a distant water view. The design follows QUBE's "Meant to Be" approach: clean contemporary lines, tropical planting and a building that works with the land around it.
