What Atara Has Announced
A small building by Dubai Islands standards. Velora has only 58 homes over eight residential floors. Atara says it chose a boutique scale on purpose. Every apartment is handed over fully furnished, which is still uncommon for new Dubai launches and useful for buyers who plan to rent the unit out.
Design concept: "The Curated Pause". The design brief is built around four elements: water, air, light and wood. Expect clean lines, light-filled interiors and natural materials, with an emphasis on indoor-outdoor space.

Rooftop amenities. Most shared spaces sit on the roof: a pool deck, an outdoor cinema under a pergola, a lounge, an outdoor kitchen and dining terrace, a games area, a zen garden and a yoga area. The building also has indoor and outdoor gyms, a kids club, and an arrival lounge with a concierge reception.

Dubai Islands is Nakheel's island master community off the Deira coast. Atara gives drive times of about 5 minutes to Jumeirah Road, 15 minutes to Downtown Dubai and 20 minutes to Dubai International Airport.
