This is a pre-launch update. Nakheel has not yet released official pricing, unit sizes, the payment plan, the handover date or the master plan details. It says these will be shared progressively, and Luxwell will update this article as soon as they are.

Location and Drive Times
Nakheel's launch presentation places Palm Springs on a site labelled "New Masterplan" on the inland side of Sheikh Zayed Road, directly opposite Palm Jebel Ali, with a metro station beside it. That puts the community between Dubai's newest island project and the road and rail links that run towards Dubai Marina, Expo City and Al Maktoum International Airport.

Next to Palm Jebel Ali. Nakheel is building Palm Jebel Ali into one of Dubai's largest new waterfront destinations, and in April 2026 it awarded contracts worth more than AED 3.5 billion to build 544 villas on the island. Palm Springs gives buyers a mainland address beside that project.
