A Fast Delivery in JVC
DHG says Helvetia Residences was completed within two years, with more than 1,100 workers, technicians and engineers on site at peak. The project's completion was confirmed when Dubai Municipality issued the Building Completion Certificate, and DHG marked the start of handovers with an event for government representatives, partners and guests, including a tour of the finished building.
"Today as we deliver Helvetia Residences, I see a vision brought to life," said Blagoje Antic, Chairman, CEO and Founder of DHG Group. Vice Chairman and DHG Properties CEO Milos Antic said JVC "has developed into one of Dubai's most established residential communities", which was why the group chose it for its first UAE project.

After Handover: DHG Property Management
Alongside the handover, DHG has launched DHG Property Management, offering real estate advisory, long-term leasing, short-term rental and resale services. That matters for investors who bought off-plan and now need to decide whether to move in, let the unit or sell.

What It Means for Owners, Buyers and Investors
If you own a unit: expect a completion notice and final statement from the developer. The usual steps are paying any final instalment, the snagging inspection, setting up DEWA and any district cooling connections, paying service charges, and having your Oqood (off-plan registration) converted into a title deed with the Dubai Land Department. Register an Ejari contract if you let the unit.
If you want to buy: with all 430 homes sold according to DHG, units now trade on the resale market. Buying a completed, inspected building removes construction risk, but compare asking prices against recent JVC transactions and check service charges in the DLD's service charge index before you offer.
If you are weighing DHG's off-plan projects: on-time delivery of a first project is a useful track-record signal for the developer's other Dubai projects, Helvetia Verde in Meydan Horizon and Helvetia Marine on Dubai Islands. It's no guarantee for future projects, but it is the kind of evidence worth checking with any developer.
Supply context: Dubai Land Department figures cited by DHG show 104 projects completed in the first half of 2026, adding 24,537 units. JVC is one of the busiest delivery areas, so landlords should price rents realistically against nearby new completions.
