The launch was announced on 16 October 2026. Homes range from studios starting at 419 sq ft up to three-bedroom apartments, with a 40/60 payment plan and completion scheduled for Q4 2028.

A Small Building, Right on the Water
FALA is a mid-rise building with up to nine residential floors. KASCO describes the design as inspired by water: curved terraces, flowing balcony lines and large glazing, with interiors in soft neutrals and pale blue tones. The developer's main selling point is that the building sits directly on the waterfront rather than near it, with direct access to the promenade.

Data published from the project record puts the mix at 44 studios, 34 one-bedroom, 21 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom homes, so this is a studio and one-bedroom-led building with a small number of larger family units. Parking is reported to be on three basement levels.

Entry into a waterfront address. Studios from 419 sq ft give a lower ticket size than most waterfront launches. Compact units near a metro station and close to Downtown and the airport usually suit rental investors.
Payment plan. A 40/60 plan means 40% during construction and 60% around completion. Because one portal lists a different schedule, get the official payment plan in writing.
