What Was Announced on 6 October
A sales launch for the masterplan's flagship tower. Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City was unveiled in January 2026. The 6 October event was the sales launch of Vision Iconic itself, the largest of the masterplan's towers.
A celebrity buyer. Binghatti said Karim Benzema signed for several homes across the masterplan, including one in Vision Iconic, at the launch event. The signing took place with Binghatti's Chief Sales Officer, Abdullah Binghatti, in the presence of Chairman Muhammad Binghatti.
Branded living in Meydan. Binghatti describes the tower as carrying Mercedes-Benz design DNA, with views of the masterplan's Grand Promenade, Burj Khalifa, Meydan Racecourse and Dubai Creek Harbour. Residents get access to more than 30 amenities across Binghatti City, including the Infinity Horizon Pool, an outdoor cinema, a sky jogging track, gym and Pilates studios, a spa and yoga area, squash courts and children's play areas.
